Workforce planning and management

To achieve sustainable workforce transformation you need a wide range of staff to view workforce planning as part of their role – and have the tools and expertise to carry it out.

Our tools and training workshops enable you to build up your internal capacity and capability to deliver effective workforce planning. Without this expertise you cannot unlock the potential quality and productivity gains. Many of our products and services are free to use.

“There is simply no choice but to be more efficient, more flexible, more productive. There’s no place for ‘not invented here’ any more, and we have to be receptive to new ways of working. To do otherwise would be wasting taxpayers’ money. I was sceptical once but Skills for Health has really helped us deliver.”
Peter Rowe, Chief Executive, NHS Ashton, Leigh & Wigan
