Why align to the Core Skills Training Framework

The Core Skills Training Framework sets out minimum learning outcomes, frequency of refresher training and links to relevant legislation or expert guidance.

Employers that align their statutory and mandatory training can be confident in the content of their training.

It can be used by any healthcare employer in the UK including NHS, independent and voluntary providers.

Statutory and mandatory training becomes portable between employers and skills can be passported around the system in a new and powerful way.
