With a shared objective of transforming the workforce providing health and care services, and particularly with an increasing emphasis on developing an integrated workforce, our collaborative approach is fundamentally important in, our work with employers and education providers and evident through our support to TCPs, STPs and Vanguard sites.
We have been collaborating with Health Education England on national agendas since their establishment in 2013. Our collaborations include national projects, such as the Care Certificate, Core Skills Frameworks and the Transforming Care Agenda.
We have worked in partnership with Skills for Care over many years taking forward a number of programmes including the development of common core principles, national occupational standards and qualifications.
