By Skills for Health | 4 February 2022

Lovegrove on Health is our new podcast series featuring senior consultant Andrew Lovegrove, as he dissects the news and shares his opinions on the issues having the greatest impact on the health workforce.

Each episode Andrew, alongside host Dominic Louks, Product Marketing Manager at Skills for Health, will review the latest news and developments taking place in the health sector, before the focus is turned to a national theme impacting, or likely to have an impact, on those working within the sector.

The podcasts are intended to bring the unique insights Andrew, and our team of workforce consultants, see daily working with a variety of health sector organisations and helping them resolve and plan for their workforce challenges.

This first episode of Lovegrove on Health covers:

  • Record ambulance delays
  • 4 hour A&E waiting target
  • Increase in ‘medically fit’ patients remaining in hospital
  • COVID recovery
  • 4 nations’ approach to COVID
  • Positive impacts to workforce development & COVID
  • And much much more!
