GenAI in Healthcare: Starting Safely eLearning

Generative AI is rapidly becoming part of working life in healthcare, with staff increasingly using tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to reduce administrative pressure, improve productivity and support workforce efficiency.

Recent recommendations from the National Commission into the Regulation of AI in Healthcare reinforce the need to build workforce capability and AI literacy, alongside effective governance, to support the safe and responsible adoption of AI across healthcare.

This should be mandatory for all NHS staff to build their awareness of the risks and encourage safe, ethical adoption of AI.

Level 3 Award in Counter-Terrorism Protective Security and Preparedness

Skills for Health is working with Skills for Justice Training to deliver the Level 3 Award in Counter-Terrorism Protective Security and Preparedness, the only qualification endorsed by Counter-Terrorism Policing and developed by SfJ Awards in partnership with the National Counter-Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO).

Healthcare settings face unique operational pressures, from high footfall and open access environments to complex estates and vulnerable populations. The qualification builds the capability to recognise threats and vulnerabilities and take proportionate action to protect people, services and infrastructure, strengthening organisational preparedness and resilience.
