Nazia’s career spans both the private and public sector with her most recent experience leading a team of Business Psychologists, facilitating data informed leadership and coaching interventions to FTSE 250 companies.
In a world where leaders, managers and colleagues are redefining what they expect from jobs, using contemporary behavioural sciences has never been more important. Nazia helps bring current theory to life by coaching leaders to develop their psychological capacity and shape their and/or their teams future through job crafting.
Nazia is a Business Psychologist, Executive Coach and facilitator, with a breadth of experience ranging from talent management, and inclusion through to leadership development. She combines contemporary organisational development practises with workplace psychology to ensure any intervention is current, relevant and developed with the client’s context at heart.
Nazia’s coaching is structured to build the right psychological resources to thrive whilst crafting a future her client desires. To do this she acts as a thinking partner utilising a variety of creative techniques to enable the client to circulate 360° around any challenge. Nazia enables her client to become cognisant of their emotions and work with them to drive the change they are seeking.
