Judith Taylor

Judith is an experienced Executive Coach, Leadership Facilitator and Organisational Development Consultant with over 25 years’ experience supporting leaders across healthcare, public and private sector organisations.
Her coaching approach is supportive, pragmatic and thought-provoking, creating a confidential space for leaders to reflect, gain insight and develop practical strategies to enhance their effectiveness. Judith works with clients at all levels, helping them navigate leadership challenges, build confidence, strengthen relationships and prepare for career progression.
Drawing on extensive experience in leadership development, organisational culture and change, Judith supports individuals to increase self-awareness, develop their leadership capability and achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes for themselves, their teams and their organisations.
Judith holds a Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She has particular expertise in coaching leaders within complex healthcare environments and supporting the development of inclusive, positive workplace cultures.
