Getting your workforce planning right is crucial!

Learning Disabilities

According to Public Health England, people with a learning disability tend to have poorer health than people without a learning disability. Ensuring the workforce understand and meet the needs of people with a learning disability is crucial to improving the quality of care they receive and their overall quality of life.

We are committed to providing the knowledge, skills, values, and increased standards to the learning disability workforce. We are currently working with key partners on the Transforming Care Programme.
