Laura is a values-driven Business Change Manager and MSP Practitioner, with 16 years’ public service across policing, local government, and the health and justice sectors at both national and local levels. She understands the necessity for well-managed, effective change to meet the demands of a complex and evolving public sector landscape. A strategic leader and skilled stakeholder manager, Laura is known for delivering evidence-based, sustainable solutions that reduce vulnerability and improve public service outcomes. Throughout her career, she has led with a proactive and collaborative approach, spearheading projects that address and reduce vulnerability while strengthening partnerships and resilience across sectors.

With a strong foundation in performance analysis, programme management, workforce development and early intervention, Laura brings a strengths-based approach to driving service transformation. Her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, shape policy through data insight, and engage effectively across systems and sectors demonstrates her commitment to community empowerment and continuous improvement.
