Jon Czul

Jon has been with The Workforce Development Trust since April 2018, initially joining as a Regional and now serving as Managing Director. In this role, he oversees the strategic direction, growth, and operational delivery of a diverse portfolio of consultancy, research, and product innovation across health, justice, and wider public services.

With a strong track record of enabling organisations to navigate complex transformation and change, Jon has worked with central government departments, national agencies, and major third-sector bodies across the UK to tackle systemic challenges and deliver meaningful impact. His work is grounded in a belief that lasting change doesn’t start with strategy or systems — it starts with people who believe in what they’re building together.

By combining cultural insight with a deep understanding of service users, organisational behaviour, and the policy environment, Jon leads a team of experts in designing progressive, evidence-informed programmes that drive real-world outcomes.

Outside of work Jon enjoys living in Bath with his wife, their young son, and their disobedient (but undeniably charming) dog, Ivy. When he’s not wrangling a toddler or chasing Ivy off the sofa, Jon enjoys a broad range of interests including music, art and his number one passion, snowboarding.
