Daniel Langton

Daniel Langton serves as a Board Member of The Workforce Development Trust, a role he’s held since May 2019. In this capacity, he helps shape our strategic direction and governance, supporting our mission to deliver effective workforce and skills‑development solutions across the health, justice, and people‑services sectors.

Bringing more than 15 years of leadership acumen from his work at Microsoft, Daniel currently heads AI at Work for Microsoft’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. His career at Microsoft has spanned many roles, leading customer experience, small and medium business, and more recently as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Daniel also serves as a growth advisor to the CBI and supports arrange of not for profits creating opportunities for greater inclusion across the technology sector.
