Adrian Spurrell

Adrian has been working successfully in leadership and management development, specifically focusing on attitudinal and behavioural change, for over 30 years. His work experience is international and embraces a wide variety of sectors including central government, local government, NHS, financial services, petro-chemicals, engineering and pharmaceuticals.

Adrian has a strong background in finance and business – he worked in a bank for 9 years – and this means he can provide a robust and challenging pragmatism to his work while leaving room for his firm belief in the capacity for people to change and to excel.

His development experience is extensive and varied. It includes: working on a one-to-one basis with senior teams/boards; top team coaching and development; facilitating leadership development workshops for senior managers from international matrixed organisations, developing the performance management skills of line managers from both public and private organisations at all grades and from diverse countries; knowledge harvests to create web-based databases of best practice; talent development projects in central and eastern Europe; and broadly based culture change projects.
