Principal Consultant, Toby Lindsay, will be running the session, focusing on ‘Successful Partnership Working’, discussing some of the challenges and opportunities faced in the health sector when considering leadership roles and ongoing organisational development (OD).

Toby, who joined Skills for Health as a national expert in Leadership, Management and OD in 2019, will be discussing the need for successful partnership working, as one of many tools to combat the growing pressures associated with ‘do more with less’. The session will focus on partnership at the micro internal and macro, multiple stakeholder level, exploring what our experiences are of partnership and leadership, and the behaviours that make partnership successful for the benefit of the organisation, workforce and healthcare landscape.

Attendees to NHS Confed Wales, which is being hosted at Cardiff City Hall, are invited to join us to consider the key challenges and enablers of partnerships and synthesise experience and research to give participants useful insights and ideas to take away.

As workforce specialists in healthcare, we look at the workforce issues across the whole health system and are thrilled to be speaking and exhibiting at a wide range of events in 2020 throughout the UK, to support the sector with key challenges.
