A range of speakers and sector experts will come together on the 10th of March 2020 at Horizon Leeds, to discuss what the future of rostering looks like for the NHS and how smart collaboration with partners can help connect NHS Trusts to help them secure ‘best in class’ suppliers to resolve the broad range of challenges associated with rostering.

In September 2019, Skills for Health committed to a partnership with cutting edge bank/locum app Patchwork. The partnership is tailored to support the improvement of interoperability between NHS staffing systems and unlock much needed change in the sector. The partnership brings together Patchwork’s award-winning bank staff platform with Skills for Health’s versatile Realtime Rostering software.

By working with Trusts collaboratively, we can help reduce unnecessary costs, save administrative time, increase bank fill rates and ensure clinical staff can easily source and secure shifts.

Skills for Health and Patchwork’s recent partnership recognises the need for Trusts to have flexibility in their supplier choice, to help solve a multitude of today and tomorrow’s rostering challenges. Also ensuring customers receive a joined-up solution, reflecting the intentions of the NHS Five Year Forward View.

We believe that Trusts should be able to work with the best in class providers that truly meet the unique needs of the health sector, maintain compliance and reduce costs. Our event on the 10th March will bring together those working in the NHS to tell their rostering journey and explore how other Trusts can achieve gold standard rostering, fit for the future.
