COVID19 SFHAs the concerns of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) escalate, we want to reassure you that Skills for Health are committed to supporting our customers, the NHS and wider healthcare sector, during this unprecedented time.

Our teams are well prepared to work remotely to ensure continuity of services and we are taking precautionary measures to make certain we can maintain on-hand support to you throughout this time.

To keep our employees and customers safe, we have encouraged the cancellation of any unnecessary travel for all of our teams to reduce the risk of exposure and will be continually monitoring the government advice and acting accordingly.

We are taking a digital-first approach to our consultancy and research, and where possible, we will continue to work with customers remotely, with the ability to facilitate meetings via a range of video conferencing solutions, that we can also make available to stakeholders.

We have also reviewed our Business Continuity Plan and can confirm that no gaps exist for the delivery of our digital solutions, which include: LearnSpace, learning management system, elearning, Doctors Rostering System (DRS), Realtime Rostering, WIRED and the Skills Platform. Our digital helpdesk can still be contacted on their usual email address or phone number, listed below.

We have also confirmed that all critical third-party infrastructure providers are adequately addressing the threat. What this means is that you can expect to receive the same high level of customer service from us.

Finally, we understand the unique needs of the health sector, and we are looking into ways we can ensure our solutions support the NHS and wider healthcare workforce during this time. For example, if you currently have face to face training that can no longer take place, we can offer a range of online learning solutions, to ensure your training needs can continue to be met, without disruption.
