First up, our Consultancy and Research experts:

Anne Clarke, Regional Director, South – Consultancy & Research:

Image: Anne Clarke.Anne has been working in the UK health sector for almost 25 years, during this period she has amassed a wide range of experience across the public sector with extensive experience of stakeholder and customer engagement with a strong focus on leading and delivering organisational development and quality improvement programmes.

As an experienced healthcare evaluation and accreditation programme lead she has supported organisations to identify and utilise our solutions to develop and maximise the potential of their workforce; improve the quality of care/service they deliver; improve outcomes for patients/service users; and raise standards in skills and training. 

Her passionate belief of raising dementia awareness through education, led Anne to becoming a special advisor to Dementia Pathfinders. She has completed several fundraising challenges including a parachute jump for Alzheimer’s Research, successfully climbing Mount Kilimanjaro for Doctors Worldwide, half marathon for WaterAid and more recently, running the London Marathon for the mental health charity, Mind.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys reading, travelling, supporting her beloved Tottenham Hotspur FC and music festivals, in particular Glastonbury!

Jonathon Czul, Regional Director, South – Consultancy & Research:

Image: Jonathan Czul.A graduate of policy studies and quantitative research, Jonathon embraces an evidence-based approach to all projects ensuring hypothesised ambitions are achieved in practice.

With a successful history of supporting organisations navigate large scale change and transformation projects, he has helped central government departments, national agencies and some of the largest third sector organisations from across the UK to address challenges and realise cause.

Jonathon believes that you don’t have to change people to change people. Through understanding the culture of an organisation, its service users and the broad impacts of policy and economics, he supports customers through implementing innovative and progressive programmes of work.

Prior to working at the Workforce Development Trust, Jonathon specialised in business change, digital transformation and thought leadership across the public sector. He prides himself on building long-term and meaningful relationships and welcomes all opportunities to speak with organisations about their ambitions.

Outside of work, Jonathon provides mentorship to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to return to education and surpass an often-underestimated potential.

Anne Mackintosh, Regional Director, North - Consultancy & Research:

Anne hails from the Highlands. She has a BSc(Hons) degree in Behavioural Sciences and is a Corporate member of the CIPD. A Human Resource Development (HRD) specialist with over 20 years’ experience working in the public sector to support employers to address their workforce development issues.  Before working for the Workforce Development Trust, Anne worked in the cultural heritage and higher education sectors. 

Outside work, she has been a School Governor in a local Infant & Junior School for over 5 years. Anne is a keen baker and cake decorator for family and friends. She is married with twin boys.

Meet our Digital Solutions experts:

Richard Beveridge, Regional Director, North - Digital Solutions:

Richard has been reducing costs and squeezing value from the tax pound in the UK public sector for nearly twenty years. His experience includes public private partnership for schools, interim management and outsourcing in local government, funded solar and utilities cost reduction.

He graduated from the University of Brighton in 1993 (and Kingston University in 2010) and is a Chartered Librarian. He has worked variously as a Corporate Finance Analyst, Information broker and Library Consultant, culminating in a role as special libraries advisor to a consortium which delivered the first public library service delivered by a Private company (London Borough of Hounslow – 2008)

As a Trustee of the Tribal Group Foundation, he led development projects in Botswana and Tanzania. Richard also set up micro credit funds in Lesotho and Swaziland, making affordable loans to small business. In the decade since, both funds have been loaned and re-paid twice, setting up some fifty businesses.

He is an eight-year school Governor in one of Lancashire’s largest Primary Schools, a passable Baritone for the Lancaster Choral Society and, rugby having given him up at 36, a referee with the Manchester and District Society.

Rob Kinnersley, Regional Director, South - Digital Solutions:

Image: Rob Kinnersley.Rob combines 20 years’ experience with NHS and the wider public sector with a similar period in commercial roles. His focus is on harnessing technology that returns greater performance, value and efficiency for customers, not simply technology for its own sake. As part of the Southern Digital Solutions Team, Rob’s responsibilities also include Alliances & Partnerships, making it easier & safer for customers to buy solutions comprising more than one supplier.

Rob’s aim is to help customers, and those that are not yet customers, understand just how much our new Digital Solutions product suite can help them in their day to day work and save money.

Before joining Workforce Development Trust, Rob worked as a Managing Director for a company which provided solutions into Care Homes that helped reduce avoidable hospital admissions and length of hospital stay, should a resident need to be admitted.

Outside of work, Rob is a referee for a local Essex football league and is involved with a small London-based charity that funds hospital equipment and support for children who are going through major surgery.

Jim Moran, Regional Director, North - Digital Solutions:

Image: Jim Moran.Jim has held the role of Regional Director for London for the past six years. During that time, he has worked extensively with Health Education England, CCG’s, Local Authorities and related employer groups, the Greater London Authority, a wide range of NHS Trusts and leading private sector healthcare providers. Previously, Jim had a long career with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) wherein he addressed projects vested in Consultancy, Learning & Development and Training across the public sector, this preceded by roles with ICL (for those with long memories) and a number of corporate software developers.

From July 2019, Jim has assumed the role of Regional Director for the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland with a focus on presenting the Workforce Development Trust’s Digital Services capability and offer to clients, current and prospective, across the health, justice and public administration communities.

Alongside his work on continuing professional development with the organisation, Jim has recently completed an MA in Classics at Birkbeck College, University of London. From this he formed a view that there is much in the ancient world that today’s public services could learn from, perspectives he’s always pleased to share!

Chris Williams, Regional Director, South - Digital Solutions:

Image: Chris Williams.Chris is one of two Regional Directors based in the south of the UK that promote our digital solutions portfolio. For the last eight years, Chris has worked primarily as a Learning Solutions Consultant, being able to demonstrate a proven track record in technology focused solutions.

Now, within the Workforce Development Trust, Chris harbours ambitions of using the skills and experience that he has attained to focus on developing multi-faceted blended learning solutions which leverage all aspects of latest technologies, instructional design, creativity and innovation. He aspires to be conduit for conversation, connecting talent and people together for the benefit of the public sector.

Outside of work, you can either find him walking his dogs (he has a few…), watching his son play football (currently at Swindon Supermarine), or watching the Formula 1 from the comfort of his armchair.
