Accredited training programmes

Our accredited programmes provide a selection of modules to form an educational pathway for those seeking a professional qualification.

There are three programmes:

  • Data Modelling – three days (15 credits Masters level). The course is aimed at people involved in workforce planning who need to develop their knowledge and understanding of demand and supply modelling and activity analysis
  • Building Workforce Planning Capability – five days over six months (20 credits Masters level). This programme is designed to be relevant to a wide range of health and social care colleagues, including; workforce planners, analysts, service managers, service leads, HR managers, service commissioners, organisational development managers and clinical managers
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning - one year. This programme is designed for experienced workforce planners working at an operational or strategic level within their organisation.
