Postgraduate certification in workforce planning

More people involved in planning services across health and social care in the UK and Eire are developing their workforce planning skills thanks to the specialist qualifications created and managed by Skills for Health – Workforce Projects Team.

Working in partnership with the Centre for the Study of Practice in Health and Social Care at Thames Valley University, the Workforce Projects Team produced the innovative Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning to provide an official qualification for planners as they adapt to the needs of the constantly changing role.
