Illustrating your workforce profile

This tool can be used to create an accurate ‘Christmas Tree’ profile of your team based on their individual levels of competence.

Simply enter the number of employees in your team at each level, and click continue.

Once you’ve created the profile you can quickly see if you have too few or too many staff at a particular level and identify if you need to make changes.
