Career Frameworks
The Career Framework for Health is an overarching resource for NHS and partner organisations, which can aid workforce flexibility locally, regionally and nationally.
The Career Framework is indicatively linked to the Knowledge and Skills Framework and can be used for:
- Service reviews
- Skill mix reviews
- Workforce planning and development
- Role description and redesign
- Appraisal, self appraisal and personal development.
