The New and Innovative Ways of Working programme is focused on new, flexible and transferable roles across the healthcare sector and includes the voluntary, independent and statutory sector. We aim to work with key stakeholders to develop innovative ways of solving their workforce challenges and then sharing them more widely across healthcare.
We want this website to be the gateway to a comprehensive, searchable database of information that can be shared on an informal basis so that people can learn from other New Ways of Working projects and prevent duplication.
