The Sector Skills Agreements for Wales and Northern Ireland are under development. Discussions are in progress with the relevant partner organisations in each country on some of the UK-wide framework agreements and their country-specific applications
Stage 5 - SSA Executive Summary (Scotland)
This Executive summary outlines the main features of the first Sector Skills Agreement for health. The Sector Skills Agreement promotes a strategy for transforming the skills of the workforce to support improved services for patients and the population. It is strongly supported by Ministers, Government Departments, employers, Trade Unions and other key partners.
