Modernising Healthcare Science Careers Programme

From 2005 to 2007, Skills for Health undertook an extensive programme of work to modernise Healthcare Science careers.

The following document reports on the process and outcomes, including some specific examples of the application of functions and competences and of modernised approaches to education and training.

The work of the programme would not have been possible without the contribution of many which is gratefully acknowledged.

The report is being sent to all those who have had contact with the programme. It is also being sent to each healthcare organisation in the UK.
