DANOS online Questionnaire

19/05/2008

We would like to invite you to take part in an online questionnaire to let us know about your experiences.

This questionnaire will be available from 13 May to 30 June and will only take 10 - 15 minutes to complete and will ask about how you have used DANOS, what qualifications you have, how we can improve user understanding of the suite and help you in using them in the future. The results will help inform recommendations for improvements in these areas and will be shared with other partner organisations.

We are specifically looking for responses from people who work in the substance misuse field, regardless of what sector you work in and what your job is.

Your responses will help us understand what we can do to promote and facilitate the use of the DANOS suite and will be shared with partner organisations to inform future work. However, any personal details submitted will only be used by Skills for Health to inform future, relevant developments in the standards and related qualifications.

In addition, we are keen that as many people as possible are able to take part and express their views, so please forward this invitation to colleagues who would also be able to participate.

Background

Skills for Health is the Sector Skills Council (SSC) for healthcare. That means we have government recognised, strategic responsibility for workforce development across the whole of the healthcare sector i.e. in the public, private and voluntary sectors, and all occupations within that. We are one of 25 such Skills Councils that, together, have the overview of workforce development in the UK.

We are the organisation that developed the DANOS suite and this is why we are undertaking this piece of research.

If you have any questions relating to this questionnaire, please in the first instance e-mail June Clarke.
