Image: Celebrating Success.On the 5th of March, 2014, Skills for Health hosted the event "Make a Change - Make a Difference". The event marked the completion of the UKCES European Investment Fund EIF2 project which involved 120 partner organisations. To showcase the achievements and outcomes of the various projects, delegates were invited to take part in a series of interactive workshops with each workshop showcasing a different project. Presentations were made at the end of the day for the winners of the Workforce Impact Competition which was run on myhealthskills.com. Furthermore, Paralympic Gold Medallist Mark Colbourne, MBE was invited as the inspirational speaker who addressed delegates to give his views on the importance of skills and competencies both from his personal experiences of the NHS, as well as in his sporting career.
