How to use this guide
This website provides an online guide for health sector organisations seeking to implement a Whole Organisation Approach (WOA) to literacy, language and numeracy (LLN) skills in their workforce.
It has two key aims:
- To support health sector organisations in making and developing their strategic commitment to the LLN agenda
- To provide an integrated model that will enable health sector organisations to move from initial commitment to a sustainable programme of action. (For example, in England this will mean help to move from making the Skills Pledge to implementing it)
