How to develop a Whole Organisational Approach (WOA)

The sections in this part of the online guide will help you take the practical action required to embed literacy, language and numeracy (LLN) into your organisation. 

Individual organisations will be at a different point in their development of a whole organisation approach to LLN. The following sections have been designed to be used flexibly so that you can access them in ways that best support the specific needs of your organisation. Therefore you may not necessarily wish or need to access them in the order below.
