    Accountable to the Head of NOS, Qualifications and Apprenticeships, the post holder will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of the Qualifications, Apprenticeships and National Occupational Standards (NOS) Development business unit.

    The post holder will manage projects relating to the development of Qualifications, Apprenticeships and NOS across the UK. Typical activities involve significant partnership working including extensive facilitation of employer and stakeholder groups across the UK, drafting apprenticeship standards and frameworks, role design, creating career pathways and creating learning schedules.

    Specifically, the post holder will be accountable for the overall management and delivery of projects on:

    • NOS development, maintenance and applications
    • Qualification and learning development
    • Development and review of apprenticeship standards and frameworks

    The post holder will help implement the Skills Platform marketing strategy and input into its development. The role will also assist with other aspects of the product including advertising, stakeholder management, contract management and strategic partnerships. Responsibility to manage and ‘own’ the Skills Platform marketing enabling the Skills Platform product manager to deliver on a more strategic level. Strong eCommerce and digital marketing skills are required to support and drive growth.

    The Skills Platform is an online training market place focusing on high quality provision for health and care organisations. The platform also offers eCommerce functionality for direct booking of eLearning and other courses. The Skills Platform has driven strong growth for small eLearning sales. This has been generated through a range of strategies including increased Google traffic, better sign posting via Skills for Health/ NSA and better tracking of the sales pipeline.

Associate opportunity

We have an Associate assessor opportunity for 'Level 5 Award in Investigating Serious Incidents in Health Care'. The successful associates will have experience of working in a health setting and must have up to date occupational knowledge along with occupational competences.
