Management & Leadership

Consultation launched to update the NOS

CFA Business Skills @ Work have begun a project to update the Management & Leadership National Occupational Standards, which were last reviewed in 2008. The standards form an important part of all management qualifications and the Management & Team Leading Apprenticeship, so it’s important that they remain up-to-date and reflect the latest activities and skills needed by managers and leaders.

As part of the project, the CFA have developed an online survey to gather the views of practicing managers and leaders – specifically, the functions undertaken by managers and leaders at all levels of responsibility and the key issues affecting management and leadership today. The online survey is expected to take around 15 minutes to complete, and can be found here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ML-Functional-Map-Survey-2011. The survey is now closed. Please also feel free to pass details of the survey onto colleagues or contacts you have who may also be interested in supporting the work of the CFA.

For more information on the project please contact Matthew Street at the CFA on 020 7091 9620, or e-mail matthew.street@cfa.uk.com.
