E-learning and role re-design are hot topics at employer engagement events

E-learning and role re-design were among the hot topics at Skills for Health's employer engagement events during May and June.

Almost 400 senior managers from the NHS, independent and voluntary sectors attended the events at locations throughout the UK.

Each event provided an opportunity to discuss local health workforce and skills issues and explore the range of products and services available from Skills for Health. More than 110 employers requested further information on topics ranging from apprenticeships and e-learning to role re-design and Labour Market Intelligence services.

Skills for Health's Regional and Country Directors are now working to respond to all employer queries and discuss how Skills for Health can continue to meet their skills and workforce needs.
