Apprenticeship Certification Update for England June 29th 2011The new Apprenticeship Certification Claim Forms for England are now available and can be found here. The new forms cover all Apprenticeship Frameworks in England Certificated by Skills for Health and should be used with immediate effect. Please note that there are now separate forms for the Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Framework and a single claim form for all other Health Frameworks i.e. Pharmacy Services, Optical Retail and Dental Nursing. In line with the Regulations that came into effect on 13th April 2011 the Apprentice must claim the Apprenticeship certificate. Where a provider is claiming the certificate on behalf of the Apprentice the Apprentice must sign the Certificate Claim Form. The new forms are a temporary arrangement that will be in place until future arrangements for certification of Apprentices are put in place by the Alliance of Sector Skills Councils. Please note that requests for Certification received on previous forms will not be accepted. |
