This new report from the Skills for Health Labour Market Intelligence team brings together commentaries from some of the UK’s leading thinkers in the field of healthcare workforce policy.
"Tomorrow’s workforce: Commentaries on the future of skills and employment in the UK’s health sector" seeks to promote debate about skills needs within the sector and makes a compelling case for employers in the sector to raise their ambitions about how they employ, skill, motivate and retain people working in health care.
